The location was acceptable for seeing the sights.
My room felt smaller than advertised on the website. The shower was in need of repair. It looked like it was falling apart. The overall cleanliness was questionable. It gave off a shabby chic vibe that missed the mark. I was disappointed.

The location is amazing. It is very close to piazza navona. the host was very helpful with directions and recommendations! i left my luggage after checkout. It was very convenient. daily cleaning service kept the room tidy.
the bathroom had a very slight unpleasant smell, but it was manageable.

The hotel is very central to many key attractions. Piazza navona is only a short walk away. many restaurants are nearby and it is easy to walk to major landmarks from this area. it is convenient for exploring the city.

The host was very communicative. He offered many recommendations for local attractions. i received assistance with my luggage upon arrival. the staff was available to answer questions and help.

The location was acceptable, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
The shower did not have hot water, and the toilet seemed to malfunction. There NEVER was anyone at reception. The price of €120 per night did not feel justified given these problems.

The hotel boasts a superb central location near Piazza Navona (it was so convenient!). The owner provided excellent assistance with bags and useful tips about the area. The room featured thoughtful touches. Daily housekeeping kept everything super clean .
The shower drainage emitted a slight odor at first, but it disappeared after running the water for a short time.

The host was attentive and helpful, answering all our questions from the beginning. Check-in was smooth, and he offered recommendations for places to visit in the city. His friendly and cute demeanor was much appreciated.

Several sandwich and gelato shops are across the street from the hotel (the gelato was amazing!). Many great restaurants are within walking distance. This made dining options very accessible and enjoyable.
